Technical Team Lead

An application concerning the employment of one or more alien workers for the following permanent position will be filed with the Department of Homeland Security. This Notice of Filing will be posted for 10 consecutive business days, ending between 30 and 180 days before filing the permanent labor certification.

 

POSITION DUTIES

  • Analyze operations to evaluate company’s IT performance in meeting set objectives
  • Prepare IT budgets for approval, including budgets for funding and implementation of programs
  • Develop and implement company’s strategic IT  plans
  • Oversee company’s IT activities
  • Analyze risks and benefits of company’s IT projects and potential investments
  • Direct and coordinate all IT activities related with pricing and sales
  • Review company’s computer systems, document any change, and make recommendations for improvements
  • Build, install, and maintain company’s internal information system, and ensure quick resolution in case of issue
  • Ensure company’s network security

Position will supervise 2 subordinate employees.

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in IT or Information Systems
  • 1 year of experience as Technical Team Lead

 

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

Experience in the following:

  • Operating systems (Unix, Linux, Windows Server)
  • Database: Oracle, MYSQL
  • Backup: Commvault
  • Project Management

RATE OF PAY : From $101,109.00 per year

HOURS: 40hrs/week. 9 am to 5 pm.
