The global partnership encourages companies to adopt SUSE Linux Enterprise Server for SAP Applications, the leading Linux platform for SAP HANA, SAP NetWeaver and SAP S/4HANA.
BOSTON —April 4, 2019 — TeamWork Management , a twenty year major player in SAP consulting and technology, announced today the expansion of its partnership with SUSE to North America, enabling companies to benefit from a successful migration to SAP HANA.
Companies today are eager to evolve to SAP HANA to meet the new needs and challenges of digitizing their processes. This platform offers significant benefits, including faster processing, real-time, simplified interfaces, a better user experience and greater openness to IoT, Big Data and social networks.
If the IT teams are at the heart of these migrations, and ensure implementation in the Information Systems, it is the business units that are the drivers and sponsors. They are in search of new tools related to capturing information in real time and the ability to improve the experience of internal or external users. The connection and coordination between the two stakeholders are thus often difficult.
It is to answer this problem that SUSE, the provider of SUSE Linux Enterprise Server for SAP Applications, and TeamWork wished to unite their skills. SUSE brings its production and infrastructure-oriented expertise and provides tailored tools for administrators, enabling them to quickly get started with technology, excellent performance and efficient security (SUSE Linux Enterprise High Availability Extension) and integrated with SAP HANA replication tools. For its part, thanks to its business experience, TeamWork provides advice from infrastructure to functional expertise for the implementation of these complex projects, unlike other market players who often have a fragmented approach (ie functional either infrastructure integrator or hosting provider).
“We are excited to have the opportunity to develop such a relationship with SUSE in US. This commitment coupled with our expertise on the cloud and on HANA will allow us to offer our customers optimal solutions to support their digital transformation especially in the Biotech / Pharma world which is very fast changing.” explained Philippe Huguet, CEO, USA and VP Sales North America at TeamWork.
“We are pleased to be able to work closely with SUSE in Canada. SUSE has developed a very good solution for SAP environments and perfectly supports integrators who wish to develop their skills and adapt to the evolution of SAP solutions. Our partnership brings a real added value to the customers evolution towards SAP HANA and/or S/4HANA.“ added Johann Marty, CEO at TeamWork Canada.
“SUSE is very pleased to have TeamWork extend their partnership to US and Canada. Our unique partnership with TeamWork provides a winning combination of technology and services to customers looking at migrating their SAP workloads to SAP HANA and SAP S4/HANA on SUSE Linux Enterprise Server for SAP Applications. TeamWork helps their customers understand the value of SUSE’s advanced high-availability solutions to ensure reliability with reduced downtime for SAP operations supporting both on Premise and Cloud platforms. TeamWork partnering with SUSE service provides customers the peace of mind required with services like consulting, project management, integration, technical assistance and support of SAP and SUSE digital solutions. Our winning combination will offer customers the benefit of knowing that their digital transformation is ready to support their growing business and to enable optimal performance.” Said Mike Kerr, SUSE Senior Director – North America Channels & Alliances
