If you look at the relatively low turnover in the company, it’s clear that people feel good at TeamWork.
Personally, I joined Philippe Rey-Gorrez’ project when he decided to develop functional consulting. That was twelve years ago and if, since then, the number of employees has been multiplied by 15, the state of mind remains the same, that of a big family.
People feel good at TeamWork. The difference comes from the human management. In the consulting business, many companies put the human aspect far behind the notions of turnover and profitability. This is not the case at TeamWork.
On a daily basis, everyone knows that they can count on effective support in the event of a problem. Availability is a key word.
