The ambience is simply unbeatable, I’ve never experienced this before.
Mutual aid, teamwork, good atmosphere, everything is there to progress and carry out projects. 6 months after my arrival, a new project for a client was entrusted to me with a training on a new technology. The fact that I work every day with people from different technical fields is a great way to learn.
You feel that you can bring your energy and skills to participate in the development. Everyone can find their place according to their desires and aspirations.
The same atmosphere is found among clients, relationships are very cordial and open conflicts are rare.
Outside of work, many activities are organized: sports tournaments, trips, aperitifs, restaurants, karting and nature outings… the dream!
Often, these events are even shared with TeamWork customers.
