Since the creation of its subsidiary in Luxembourg in 2019, TeamWork has been able to expand on the local market while retaining an international dimension. Our aim is to guide our customers through their business transformation in close collaboration with our key strategic partners, including SAP and AWS.
Our team
Our team of certified consultants can help you implement SAP best practices and optimize your business processes. TeamWork Luxembourg is also an SAP Value Added Reseller, supported by the PCoE-certified Global Delivey Center (GDC) in Lyon. The GDC, which attests to the ability of TeamWork teams to provide global SAP maintenance services that meet the requirements and quality standards imposed by SAP.

Pierre Deflandre
Managing Director of TeamWork Luxembourg
Pierre, with over 20 years’ experience as a Global Manager, joined TeamWork in Geneva in 2018. An expert in business and IT, he leads transformation and optimization projects in data, sales, marketing and logistics. He adopts a collaborative approach with teams to achieve sustainable results, working at all levels of the company. Since 2019, he has been developing TeamWork’s activities in Luxembourg, in line with the company’s values.
Julien Dufour
Sales Director of TeamWork Luxembourg
Julien, who holds a degree in Business Management with a specialization in Innovation Management from the University of Halmstadt, began his career in the SAP world in Paris in 2011 as a Functional Consultant. In 2013, he brought his expertise to Belgian companies, contributing to their digitalization via SAP solutions. In 2015, he joined Luxembourg, broadening his skills as a Functional Consultant and Digital Transformation Project Manager. Becoming Sales Director in 2018, he brings his advice on digital transformation. In 2021, he joins TeamWork Luxembourg, collaborating with Pierre Deflandre to develop the group locally, and share their knowledge with Luxembourg companies in collaboration with TeamWork consultants.
