Since our founding in Montreal in 2014, TeamWork has experienced remarkable growth, combining a strong local presence with international reach. Our main mission is to support our customers in their business transformation, in close collaboration with renowned partners such as SAP, AWS and Microsoft.
Following our success in Quebec, Teamwork opened a second subsidiary in Toronto, Ontario, in 2023, strengthening our ability to serve the English-speaking market in Western Canada. Our expansion reflects our ongoing commitment to our customers nationwide.

Johann Marty
CEO of TeamWork Canada
Biography
Graduating from a Communications Systems and Networks engineering program at the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) and holding a master’s degree in web technologies, Johann began his career at TeamWork in 2006, working with SAP solutions at the intersection of web technologies such as the SAP Portal and SAP XI.
In 2010, after 4 years as a consultant, he took charge of the new technologies and integration team, which he grew from 5 to 15 people, covering an ever wider spectrum of technologies and solutions in the SAP world.
After eight years with TeamWork in Switzerland, he took on a new challenge, still within TeamWork, but this time on another continent. In July 2014, he established TeamWork’s office in Canada, located in Montreal. Since then, he has been dedicated to developing TeamWork’s activities in Canada and spreading the company’s values across the Atlantic.
Today, the TeamWork Canada team numbers 70 people and sees great prospects for the future as we continue to develop close relationships with our customers.

Audrey Bahlinger

Biography
Titulaire de diplômes en linguistique et langues étrangères appliquées de l’Université de Dijon, Audrey débute sa carrière en Allemagne chez Bayer en tant que Customer Service Representative. Utilisatrice SAP dès ses débuts (R/3 à l’époque), elle se passionne rapidement pour l’outil. De retour en France, elle obtient sa certification SAP puis rejoint la société de conseil Ciber/Nagarro en Allemagne comme consultante externe.
Elle poursuit son parcours en Suisse, d’abord comme consultante SAP interne, puis en tant que SAP Manager. À ce poste, elle encadre des équipes internes et externes et pilote des projets de transformation digitale complexes, allant de la refonte de processus métiers à l’intégration de nouvelles entités, en passant par l’harmonisation des outils et l’accompagnement au changement. Elle évolue dans un environnement international exigeant, en étroite collaboration avec les directions métier et les équipes IT.
En 2022, elle s’expatrie avec sa famille en Thaïlande, où elle pilote notamment des projets d’intégration EDI et contribue à la digitalisation de processus logistiques et commerciaux dans un contexte multiculturel.
Riche de plus de 20 ans d’expérience, dont plus de 10 dans l’écosystème SAP, Audrey rejoint TeamWork Canada en 2025 avec l’envie de mettre son expertise, sa vision globale et ses valeurs humaines – collaboration, transparence et bienveillance – au service des équipes et des clients.
Aujourd’hui installée à Montréal, elle s’implique pleinement dans le développement des activités de TeamWork Canada et dans la création de liens solides et de proximité avec ses clients.

Carole Vanderdonckt
Human Resources Director, TeamWork Canada
Biography
With a degree in Tourism and Leisure Management from Haute Ecole Galilée de Bruxelles, as well as a Master’s in Business Management from Ichec Brussels Management School, Carole launched her career with TeamWork Canada in 2017 as Senior Account Executive in Sales and Marketing. She soon took charge of the Marketing and Human Resources department.
Driven by a constant desire to learn and inspired by the positive impact her work can have on others as well as the company, Carole invests herself fully in creative projects. Her passion for development, both personal and professional, led her to pursue her studies alongside her work. She then embarked on a Microprogram in Personnel Recruitment at HEC Montréal.
Over the past 6 years, thanks to her many initiatives, Carole has contributed to TeamWork Canada’s commitment and expansion through numerous new and increasingly innovative initiatives. Transparency, communication, integrity, adaptability and team spirit are the values that guide her daily actions.

Freddy Equeter
Director of Business Solutions, TeamWork Canada
Biography
Freddy, who studied economics in Belgium with a specialization in logistics and transport management, has an in-depth knowledge of the intricacies of these fields, giving him a global perspective on business operations and supply chain dynamics.
Freddy began his career in Belgium in 1998, and has acquired a wealth of experience in the SAP consulting field in roles ranging from consultant to SAP Center of Excellence (CoE) manager.
In 2013, Freddy began a new chapter by relocating to Montreal, Canada, bringing his wealth of experience to both customers and consultants.
Freddy’s career took a major turn in 2018 when he took on the challenge of setting up SAP support centers within service companies, showcasing his project management and delivery services capabilities.
Freddy is currently a member of Teamwork Canada’s Executive Committee, with a mission focused on the delivery of SAP-related services. He provides strategic direction for support services, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to Teamwork Canada’s overall success.
