YOUR MISSIONS
- Dispatch the incidents / tasks / requests
- Follow the incidents resolution and escalate when necessary
- Perform daily checks (system status, backup, …) by following procedures
YOUR TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Adaptability to a multi-client context (different environments, various tools, …)
- General knowledge in IT : operating systems, databases, services
- Ticketing tools, monitoring tools, SLA
- Microsoft 365, Sharepoint, Teams, OneDrive
- Sensitized to ISO 27001
