Operation Officer – BPO Activities (M/W/O)

We are looking for an Operation Officer for our wealth solution ‘WIZE by TW’ in our Singapore office.

SGD 4000-6000 monthly

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop a book of External Asset Managers (70%)
    • Ensure all client’s instruction are processed timely and accurately
      • Monitor business operation, analysis and notify the daily operation flow
      • Ensure all transactions allocated before cut off time are processed within the agreed SLA
      • Ensure follow up and timely resolution for any work /system related issues
    • Ensure reconciled and suspense items are resolved timely
    • Ensure timely response /action to requests from customers
    • Close liaison and coordination with various parties from WIZE and on the Customers side.
    • Comply with system and control procedures
  • Trouble shooting and solution provider to EAMs and their clients (20%)
  • Train and provide support on in-house Portfolio Management tool (10%)


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in a Back Office
  • Meticulous with good attention to detail. Service oriented. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact effectively with various stakeholders
  • Very good understanding of back to front process.
  • Able to work independently, as well as in a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs and able to write Macros is an advantage.
  • Ability to multi-task and performs efficiently under pressure
  • Good in both spoken and written English
