TeamWork Canada supports St-Hubert Group to deploy “SAP Sales Cloud Retail Execution” solution

Quebec’s flagship restaurant, St-Hubert Group relied on TeamWork Canada’s expertise in integrating SAP solutions into the Cloud to successfully ensure the implementation of « SAP Sales Cloud Retail Execution » solution for the group Retail division.

The choice of a mobile Sales Force Automation

In the second half of 2017, the management of St-Hubert Group wanted to modernize the SFA solution of its sales team. This solution makes it possible to access and manage both visits and commercial activity as a whole. The goal was also to provide members of the sales team with full visibility of their customers to better manage products, promotions, quotes and orders.

The St-Hubert Retail division wanted to move towards a cloud-based solution, allowing integration with SAP ERP, SAP BW and SAP Jam and offering mobile accessibility as well as offline for field representatives. The « SAP Sales Cloud Retail Execution » solution met exactly these needs.

Agile method and communication

TeamWork, which already had significant experience in SAP Sales Cloud integration, thanks to the implementation of several projects for Canadian and European clients, managed to bring the project to a successful conclusion thanks to its know-how.

This project was certainly a challenge, but thanks to a simple and careful approach during all phases of the project, the TeamWork Canada team managed to meet the challenge in just under 6 months of work.

Only a few weeks after the implementation of the program that took place on June 4, 2018, St-Hubert Retail team is already seeing great improvements in the way they work.

The SFA tool has enabled St-Hubert Group’s Retail division to have a centralized, reliable and easily exploitable work platform. Access and information sharing between sales representatives is more fluid, with the benefit of enhanced collaboration, better customer tracking, and the optimization of in-store promotions and pricing.
