Context & Issues

The customer currently has two separate eCommerce platforms running on two different technologies.


With this in mind, we’re looking to streamline our eCommerce sites and bring them together on a single platform: Salesforce B2B Commerce.

The aim is to take the content of the existing platform, developed entirely on Experience cloud, and integrate it into the B2B Commerce cloud standard (LWR).
